In Sandra's kitchen, no move is a coincidence.
Every dish bears her signature - clear, honest, with a fine touch. She knows that good things come from respect. Respect for the ingredients, for nature, for the people who bring out the best in it.
That is why only products that deserve this respect are used in her kitchen:
The grain from Rudi Sommeregger, which grows in peace and quiet. And the fish from Markus Limarutti, who hauls in the nets in the quiet lake early in the morning, or the vegetables from the Kunz farm in the Gailtal valley.
Every dish is a tribute to the region, its people and the love that goes into every product.

Our rooms are designed the way we ourselves think: natural.clear.comfortable.
Oiled oak floors, soft fabrics and straight lines create a feeling of living that calms the eye and lets the breath flow. The focus here is not on decoration, but on natural comfort.
